About The Role


We are currently looking for One Casual + One Full Time BDM/Appointment Setter. This is a role that is performance-based with a very generous sales commission structure that is percentage base. Typically, our commission payouts start from AUD$3k-6k/month, and can quickly climb to AUD$6-10K/month and more.

Ultimately, your compensation is tied to how well you perform to convert sales. If you like being paid hourly, this is NOT for you. We only want to reward those that produce results for the company.

📱JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)

– Sending messages to people on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to book sales calls via calendly and zoom.
– Following a provided script, and also working with our director to develop even better messaging strategies and sales scripts.
– Messaging people to confirm their existing sales calls, to ensure a maximum show-up rate.
– Calling people on the phone to confirm sales calls.
– Tracking sales and conversion
– Coming up with new business development strategies to increase sales and customer LTV
– We only work with service-based businesses in the following niche: Health care clinics in Australia (e.g. dental, Chiro, Physio), beauty clinics, and beauty salons etc.


– If you have B2B sales experience and new business development using a range of strategies
– If you have experience messaging people to book sales calls
– If you have exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with clients
