We're Hiring - Virtual Social Media Manager

This is a casual position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. You do not need to be based in Perth or Australia to apply.

About The Role

THE ROLE:

  • Create bulk content (8-20 posts per month)
    Understanding client brands
  • Create a social media growth strategy to grow Instagram followers, leads and engagement.
  • Plan content topics, copywriting and visual inspiration for our graphic designers
  • Schedule Instagram posts 
  • Hashtag research
  • Instagram community engagement
  • Instagram story strategy
  • Monitor social media trends and best practices
  • Analysis and report social media campaign results

BONUS BUT NOT ESSENTIAL SKILL: Creating graphics and video content (TikTok style videos or similar) with Canva and other photos/video editing tools (Photoshop, illustrator etc)

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in managing Instagram accounts
  • Great written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide detailed reporting of all account activity on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Willingness to learn new things
